Security & privacy

Security is how the platform is built, not a page we bolted on.

Our agents hold the keys to your marketing and your phone line. That access carries responsibility, so isolation and encryption are architectural decisions made from day one.

Tenant isolation at the database level

Every customer's data is scoped and separated on every query the platform runs. One account can never read another's data, even when several brands operate from a single platform.

Encrypted credentials

The third-party keys our agents use on your behalf are encrypted at rest, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. Secrets are never stored in plain text.

Token-based access & private admin

Authenticated access is token-based. The platform's administrative surfaces sit on a private network rather than the open internet, so they aren't publicly reachable.

Hardened infrastructure

Our servers run behind a firewall with key-based access and intrusion protection. Databases are bound to internal networks, not exposed to the public internet.

Your data stays yours

We don't sell or share your data. It's used to run the agents you turned on, and for nothing else.

A human in the loop by design

Actions that spend money or go out publicly pause for approval. That control is a safeguard as much as a feature, limiting what can happen without a person's sign-off.

The practices above describe how the platform is actually built and operated today. If you have specific security or data-handling questions for a procurement or compliance review, get in touch and we'll walk you through the details.
